Aim & Scope of the Journal
The International Journal of Law, Economics and Geopolitics is a scholarly journal concerned with the systematic study of legal systems, economic structures, and geopolitical processes. The journal publishes original research articles and literature reviews that address both theoretical approaches and practical developments within these domains.
The journal covers work examining law, economics, and geopolitics as distinct fields of inquiry, as well as studies that analyze their interaction in domestic, regional, and international settings. Topics may include legal institutions and doctrine, economic policy and performance, political power and strategy, governance, and global or regional political–economic developments.
Articles may employ conceptual, empirical, or applied methodologies. The primary emphasis of the journal is on analytical understanding rather than advocacy, with contributions evaluated on originality, rigor, and clarity of argument.
The journal is intended for readers with an academic or professional interest in law, economics, and geopolitics, including students, researchers, and practitioners seeking focused and accessible scholarship in these areas.
